Eggs & liver keep you healthy

Refined carbs, sugar and trans fats found in processed foods are the primary dietary culprits causing heart disease, not saturated fat or cholesterol

While the dangers of trans fats are now becoming widely recognized, the recommended replacement — vegetable oils — may actually be even more harmful

When heated, vegetable oils degrade into extremely toxic oxidation products, including cyclic aldehydes, which cause severe inflammation and may damage your gastrointestinal tract

Concomitant with low-fat diets becoming the cultural norm, heart disease rates have soared, clearly demonstrating saturated fat is not a contributing factor

Studies have confirmed that higher cholesterol levels are associated with better health and longer life

Cellphones cause cancer

In 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified cellphones as a “possible human carcinogen. ” In light of three new studies, IARC is urged to upgrade it to “probable” carcinogen

In February, the findings of two National Toxicology Program (NTP) animal studies were published. Male rats exposed to cellphone radiation were more likely to develop heart tumors than unexposed rats. DNA damage and damage to heart tissue was also observed

In March the Ramazzini Institute published a lifetime exposure study showing a clear link between cellphone radiation and Schwann cell tumors — the same kind of tumors found by NTP

Ramazzini’s study found RF radiation increased both brain and heart tumors in exposed rats. This, despite using power levels that were up to 1,000 times lower than those used in the NTP studies

The proposed transition to 5G will dramatically increase radiation exposure as it will require the installation of small antennas every 250 feet or so to ensure connectivity

Statins, pesticides & radiation harm your heart

One in 4 Americans over the age of 45 is on a statin drug to lower their cholesterol

While statins may decrease the frequency of mild heart attacks, they will not necessarily lower your risk of heart disease or death from a major heart attack because of the damage they cause to your muscles, including your heart muscle

Statins lower your cholesterol, which is an important precursor for many of your steroid hormones, including progesterone, testosterone, aldosterone, cortisol and vitamin D

Statin drugs deplete your body of CoQ10, vitamin K2, dolichol and selenium, and prevent the production of HMG co-enzyme A reductase (an enzyme your liver uses to make ketones)

Exposure to glyphosate and electromagnetic fields from wireless technologies also harm your health, especially your heart

Magnesium boosts heart health

Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in your body and is involved in more than 600 different biochemical reactions. Research suggests even subclinical deficiency can jeopardize your heart health

A lack of magnesium will impede your cellular metabolic function and deteriorate mitochondrial function, and magnesium deficiency has been identified as the greatest predictor of heart disease

Magnesium is also important for chromosome folding, which allows cells to divide, multiply and regenerate to make up for lost or damaged cells

Check your RBC magnesium level and track signs and symptoms of magnesium insufficiency to determine how much magnesium you need. Low potassium and calcium are also common laboratory signs indicating magnesium deficiency

To optimize your magnesium level, eat magnesium-rich foods and/or take a magnesium supplement. Taking Epsom salt baths is another effective way to boost your magnesium level

The importance of whistleblowers

In this explosive interview, Dr. Venu Julapalli, Dr. Mary Crow, and Owen Robinson (RN) talk about all the irrational, tragic, and harmful policies they have experienced at the Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas

Dr. Julapalli ¦led a lawsuit at Houston Methodist after they introduced vaccines mandates in 2021

He also started an internal listserv for physicians at the hospital, and he observed first- hand the tremendous levels of fear that the doctors felt over speaking out

As conveyed to Dr. Julapalli by a well-respected anonymous physician, she was offered by the Chief Medical Officer at Houston Methodist to secretly fake the vaccine

Owen Robison, who worked as a nurse at the ICU until he was terminated for declining the booster, is convinced that the mandates were the main reason for staffing shortages

According to him, due to shortages, vaccinated and boosted ICU nurses were forced to come in to work and look after patients while sick

Vaccine safety testing procedures

An eight-month investigation revealed shocking flaws in Merck’s clinical trial design, which effectively prevented assessment of safety. Serious adverse events arising outside of a two-week period post-vaccination were simply marked down as “medical history”

A systematic review of pre- and post-licensure trials of the HPV vaccine concluded its effectiveness is both overstated and unproven. Merck’s own research reveals you increase your risk of precancerous lesions if you’ve been exposed to HPV strains 16 or 18 prior to vaccination

Reported side effects of Gardasil vaccination include immune-based inflammatory neurodegenerative disorders, suggesting something is causing the immune system to overreact in a detrimental way, sometimes fatally

One Gardasil 9 trial reported nearly 10% of subjects experienced “severe systemic adverse events” affecting multiple system organ classes, and over 3% suffered “severe vaccine-related adverse events”

HPV infection is spread through sexual contact and research has demonstrated that using condoms can reduce risk of HPV infection by 70%, which is far more effective than the HPV vaccine

Chemical accidents happen often

During the first seven weeks of 2023, the Coalition to Prevent Chemical Disasters (CPCD) reported 30 chemical accidents in the U.S., or one every 1.5 days

On average, one estimate suggests accidental chemical releases due to train derailments, leaks from industrial plants, truck accidents and pipeline ruptures occur every two days

Every U.S. state is home to chemical facilities that store or use hazardous chemicals, such as fertilizer plants, petroleum re¦neries, chemical manufacturers, wastewater treatment plants and more

In all, about 12,500 such facilities exist in the U.S., and 39% of the population — nearly 124 million people — live within 3 miles of one

In the event of a ¦re or spill, people up to 25 miles away from these industrial and commercial sites can be affected; many low-income communities are disproportionately affected by these risks

Quercetin much better remedy than Tamiflu

Your immune system is your first-line defense against all types of infections, be they bacterial or viral, so the most effective way to prevent infectious illness — including influenza — is a robust immune system

Quercetin, a plant flavonol found naturally in apples, plums, red grapes, green tea, elder flower and onions, packs a powerful antiviral punch, inhibiting several strains of influenza, hepatitis B and C and other viruses

Quercetin also combats inflammation and acts as a natural antihistamine

Quercetin reduces viral illness and boosts mental performance following extreme physical stress, which might otherwise undermine your immune function and render you more susceptible to infections

Its antiviral effects can be attributed to three main mechanisms of action: Inhibiting the virus’ ability to infect cells, inhibiting replication of already infected cells and reducing infected cells’ resistance to treatment with antiviral medication

Exercise best medicine against depression !

An overview of 97 systematic reviews and meta-analyses found exercise is 1.5 times more effective for mental health than top medications or counseling, and benefits were seen in 12 weeks

The authors of the umbrella review call on mental health professionals and doctors to start prescribing exercise as a first line of treatment

Another systematic review, which analyzed the association between physical activity and the risk of depression, found there’s a dose-dependent response. Compared to those who did not exercise, people who got half the recommended volume of physical activity lowered their risk for depression by 18%. Those who got the recommended amount lowered their risk by 25%

Most health authorities recommend getting 150 to 300 minutes of moderate intensity activity or 75 to 150 minutes of vigorous intensity exercise each week

Previous research has also found that people who met or exceeded the weekly exercise recommendation lowered their risk of death. Men can lower their risk of cardiovascular disease death by as much as 34% and their all-cause mortality by up to 36%; women can lower their CVD death risk by as much as 44% and their all-cause mortality by as much as 55%

Vaping deadlier than cigarettes

A 2023 study demonstrates that vaping triggers more DNA damage in the mouth than traditional cigarettes; those who used sweet, flavored pods had the highest DNA damage followed by those using fruit or mint flavors

Vaping affects multiple organ systems, including nearly immediate changes to endothelial cells, which is one of the first changes seen in developing heart disease. Other data show flavored pods may trigger changes in the brain, lungs, heart and colon

During the COVID-19 pandemic, young people who vaped had an increased risk of testing positive for SARS-CoV-2 and having symptoms of COVID-19. A 2022 study found those who vaped also had more severe complications, including death, than those who did not smoke or vape

Data also show that bystanders are affected by vape toxins, demonstrating an increase in bronchitis-type symptoms and shortness of breath; another study showed bystanders had similar levels of cotinine — a measure of the amount of nicotine the body absorbs — as people who are exposed to traditional secondhand cigarette smoke

Making Lyme bugs deadlier

In her book, “Bitten: The Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons, ” Kris Newby reviews the circumstantial evidence suggesting the organism that causes Lyme disease may originally have been developed as a biological weapon

An estimated 476,000 Americans are diagnosed with and treated for Lyme disease each year, and prevalence is rising

Lyme disease is transmitted by ticks (and sometimes other biting insects) infected with the bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi.
There are about two dozen species of B. burgdorferi with hundreds of strains worldwide, many of which are resistant to antibiotics

Ticks can also carry other pathogens, and coinfections are another reason why Lyme disease is so difficult to treat

A major challenge with Lyme disease is that its symptoms imitate so many other disorders, including multiple sclerosis (MS), arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, bromyalgia and even Alzheimer's disease, making proper identification difficult and time consuming

Farmed salmon, toxic junk food

Salmon farming is a disaster both for the environment and for human health, and tests show farmed salmon is about 5 times more toxic than any other food tested

In animal feeding studies, mice fed farmed salmon developed obesity and diabetes — effects researchers believe are related to toxic exposures

Besides pesticides and antibiotics used in fish farming, the most significant source of toxic exposure is the dry pellet feed, which contains dioxins, PCBs and other toxic pollutants

PCB concentrations in farmed salmon are, on average, eight times higher than in wild salmon

Farmed salmon also does not have the nutritional profile of wild salmon, containing more than 3.02 times more omega-6 fat than wild salmon, which further skews rather than corrects most people’s omega-3 to omega-6 ratio

Infant vaccines lead to higher infant mortality

In 2011, Neil Miller, Ph.D., and Gary Goldman, Ph.D., published a paper in the journal Human & Experimental Toxicology showing infant mortality rates correlated with childhood vaccination rates, with high-uptake countries having higher child mortality

In January 2022, Goldman discussed the CDC’s suppression of undesirable vaccine data in an interview. In December that year, the Miller Lab at Brigham Young University in Utah, as part of the BYU Bioinformatics Capstone course, reanalyzed the Miller-Goldman paper in an effort to debunk it

In response to the critique, Miller and Goldman conducted their own reanalysis, which was published in the peer-reviewed journal Cureus in early February 2023. The paper confirmed their 2011 conclusion that there’s a positive correlation between vaccine doses and infant mortality rates

Data from the first few months of the pandemic seem to confirm this link, as the death rate for American children under 18 dropped during lockdowns, from an average of 700 per week to fewer than 500 per week during the months of April and May in 2020

The decades-long work of Christine Stabell Benn, a clinical professor at University of Southern Denmark and her colleague Peter Aaby, a vaccine scientist, shows six of the 10 vaccines investigated increase infant mortality by rendering children more susceptible to other lethal diseases

The returning threat; Genetically Engineered Food

Biotech industry promised genetically engineered foods would reduce pesticide use, increase the nutritional content of food, boost farmers’ pro¦ts and feed the world by increasing yields

In reality, GM crops have turned glyphosate into one of the most widely and recklessly used herbicides in history and monoculture has led to a loss of biodiversity

GM crops have also failed to live up to expected increases in crop yields and, nutritionally, GMOs primarily provide cheap, unhealthy ingredients for ultraprocessed ready meals, prepackaged foods and fast food restaurants

More than 40,000 people in the U.S. have ¦led lawsuits alleging exposure to Roundup is the cause of their cancer. Once a rare cancer, non-Hodgkin lymphoma is now the seventh most common cancer in U.S. men and women

Meat substitutes, environment & health

I spoke with “Tea Time, ” a program by Children’s Health Defense, about the dangers of fake meat products to help raise awareness about this latest assault on human health

Fake food — including lab-grown meat, animal-free dairy and plant-based meat — is the globalists’ latest attempt to control the food supply

The globalists are trying to replace animal husbandry with lab-grown meat, which will allow private companies to effectively control the human population

ChatGPT; a real gift or a Trojan horse?

ChatGPT is a chatbot powered by arti¦cial intelligence (AI). “GPT” stands for “generative pretrained transformer, ” and the “chat” indicates that it’s a chatbot

ChatGPT, released at the end of November 2022, has taken internet users by storm, acquiring more than 1 million users in the first 5 days. Two months after its release, it had more than 30 million users

ChatGPT or something like it will replace conventional search engines. Any online query will have only one answer, and that answer will not be based on all available knowledge, but the data the bot is allowed to access. As such, the owners and programmers of the bot will have complete information control

While OpenAI, the creator of this groundbreaking AI chatbot, is a private company, we should not linger under the illusion that they’re not part of the control network that will ultimately be ruled and run by a technocratic One World Government

Early testers of ChatGPT are reporting the bot is developing disturbing and frightening tendencies, berating, gaslighting and even threatening and harassing users. It also plays fast and loose with facts, in one case insisting it was February 2022, when in fact it was February 2023

Explaining menopause

Menopause is a natural life stage that occurs when the ovaries have reduced function; it’s associated with lower levels of estrogen and other hormones, and marks the period when fertility ends

Perimenopause, or the menopausal transition, is the process leading up to menopause; perimenopause may begin around the ages of 45 to 55 and lasts an average of seven years

Sometime during the mid-40s, shifting hormone levels typically begin, as egg cells, which are surrounded by granulosa cells that produce hormones, are reduced in numbers

During this time, eggs are released less frequently, leading to irregular menstrual cycles

Perimenopause, which means “around menopause, ” occurs as ovulation becomes less predictable, leading to changes in menstrual cycles, including longer or shorter intervals between periods, changes in flow and skipping some periods

Menopause marks the moment when ovulation and menstruation stop, coinciding with a drop in estrogen levels

Lion’s mane mushroom supports the brain

The Lion’s mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) has a long history in traditional medicine and research shows that an extract of bioactive compounds promotes neuron projections and connections to other neurons

The data also showed supplementation in an animal model enhanced recognition memory in mice, which retained similar influence even when the concentration was reduced by a factor of 50

Lion's mane mushrooms are associated with other health benefits, including regulating blood pressure and blood sugar, treating depression and promoting recovery after brain injury

Mushrooms have varying levels of antioxidants, and they have antioxidants that other fungi do not, such as ergothioneine and glutathione, which together help promote longevity and contribute to a healthy soil environment

I highly recommend including mushrooms in your nutritional plan, but caution that they should be organically grown as they easily absorb air and soil contaminants. Growing your own is an excellent option and a far safer alternative than foraging for wild mushrooms

Stress also harmful for children

Prolonged stress can have life-threatening consequences not only for adults but also for children. Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) can predispose them to any number of health problems later in life

In 2020, California is allocating $105 million to promote screening for ACEs, which have been shown to trigger toxic stress responses and epigenetic changes linked to a variety of health problems

Biological switches flipped during ACEs increase a child’s risk for nicotine, alcohol and drug abuse, mental illness and suicide, impaired immune function, heart disease, cancer and dementia later in life

ACEs known to impact health include psychological, physical and sexual abuse, domestic abuse, living with household members who are substance abusers, mentally ill or suicidal, early death of a parent, living in a household in which a member has been or is imprisoned, neglect, separation and divorce

Nearly 1 in 6 adults (15.6%) has experienced four or more types of ACEs, raising their risk for at least 5 of the top 10 leading causes of death

Fraudulent Pfizer Trials

Die Welt, a mainstream media outlet in Germany, revealed that numerous subjects who suffered adverse events, including deaths, during Pfizer’s COVID-19 shot trials were removed from the trial data

A person known as “Pfizer subject C4591001 1162 11621327” died three days after receiving the second dose of Pfizer's COVID shot, reportedly due to stroke and arteriosclerosis; it was deemed unrelated to the shots

The CDC has since warned that people ages 65 and older who received Pfizer’s updated (bivalent) COVID-19 booster shot may be at increased risk of stroke

Die Welt also revealed contradictions in Pfizer documents, adverse events from the shot downplayed and mass unblinding of study subjects, which wasn’t revealed in a later approval study

In November 2020, Pfizer claimed their COVID-19 shot was 95% effective against COVID-19, but this was highly misleading and based on flawed methodology, including excluding people who got COVID-19 within 14 days after their first shot

Pfizer has profited immensely despite the concerns, earning a record $100 billion in 2022, including $37.8 billion for its COVID-19 shots and $18.9 billion for its antiviral drug Paxlovid

Natural immunity protects

A recent systematic review and meta-analysis found natural immunity is “at least as high, if not higher” than that provided by two mRNA injections, and “provides strong, lasting protection against the most severe outcomes of the illness”

Overall, infection-acquired immunity decreased the risk of hospitalization and death from a COVID reinfection by 88% for a minimum of 10 months. For comparison, previous studies have shown the efficacy of two COVID shots wanes to BELOW zero by the sixth month, meaning the effectiveness becomes negative, making you more prone to infection than you were before

However, the study was funded by the Gates Foundation and appears to have been spun to facilitate the deployment of vaccine mandates

U.S. Medicare data show the COVID jab increases the all-cause mortality risk among the elderly rather than lowering it

Analysis of data from the Office of National Statistics (ONS) in the U.K. reveals the shots increase all-cause mortality for all age groups, and it’s only getting worse over time, all while doing nothing to reduce deaths from COVID specifically

Sudden increase of Bell’s Palsy cases

Bell’s palsy diagnoses increased 8.6% among those who had COVID-19, while the incidence of Bell’s palsy also rose 6.8% among those who received a COVID-19 shot

Bell’s palsy has previously been noted as a complication of meningococcal, hepatitis B, smallpox and influenza (seasonal and H1N1) vaccinations

During two phase 3 COVID-19 shot trials involving 73,898 people, eight cases of Bell’s palsy were detected — seven among the shot groups and one among the placebo groups

According to one analysis, the observed incidence of Bell's palsy among those who received COVID-19 shots is between 3.5 times and 7 times higher than would be expected in the general population

The Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 shots are most commonly involved in Bell’s palsy cases; the time between receiving the shot and onset of facial weakness ranges from 1 to 48 days

Edible flowers support your health

Flowers have a long history of use in traditional medicine and were often used against illnesses. Without recordings of the botanicals used in traditional medicine by physicians and herbalists, modern medicine would not have evolved as we know it today

Many of the health benefits ascribed to eating flowers come from their vitamin and mineral content as well as antioxidant activity and anti-inflammatory properties

Take care to only eat flowers you can positively identify since some can trigger digestive problems and others are poisonous and even deadly; never eat flowers you purchase from a florist or garden center or harvested from the side of the road and they likely were sprayed with pesticides not labeled for food

Several flowers with health benefits include violets, roses, moringa flowers, jasmine,
lavender and pansies; while sold as vegetables, broccoli, artichoke and cauliflower are flowering plants

Poverty, availability & pain cause the opioid crisis

Evidence suggests the opioid addiction crisis is the result of a perfect storm of poverty, trauma, availability and pain, both psychological and physical

Among men, non-Hispanic Whites and those younger than 45, economic downturns that substantially reduce house prices increase rates of opioid-related deaths

Researchers have also connected economic recessions and unemployment with rises in illegal drug use among adults

Job loss due to international trade is also positively associated with opioid overdose deaths. For each 1,000 people who lost their jobs due to international trade — commonly due to factory shutdowns — there was a 2.7% increase in opioid-related deaths

Aggressive marketing is another leading cause of the opioid crisis. In states where triplicate prescription programs were implemented, which led to less aggressive marketing by Purdue, OxyContin distribution rates between 1996 and 2017 were half that of states that did not have such programs

Molecular Hydrogen, the super antioxidant

Molecular hydrogen acts as a selective antioxidant, meaning it doesn’t indiscriminately suppress free radicals

It uses your body's biological systems and feedback loops to identify where and when you’re under oxidative stress, and when found, pathways are activated and key proteins released that cause your DNA to make the antioxidants themselves

Molecular hydrogen is not intrinsically an antioxidant. Rather, it helps your body make its own endogenous antioxidants. This is what makes molecular hydrogen so unique

Molecular hydrogen has been shown to have therapeutic benefits in more than 170 different animal disease models

The reason it has such diverse benefits in so many different disease models is because all of them have excessive oxidative stress, redox dysregulation and inflammation as their root cause. By regulating the oxidative pathways, molecular hydrogen is able to address these root causes

First dismissed as a conspiracy theory, now called the truth

For nearly two years, there was a complete ban on discussing the COVID-19 lab leak theory

Facebook reversed its censorship policy on the lab leak theory in June 2021. Now, mainstream media are forced to admit the pandemic was most likely caused by a lab leak

January 28, 2023, epidemiologists Colin Butler and Delia Randolph published a joint statement saying a lab leak is the most likely source of COVID-19. The two had previously authored separate reports for the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), which commissioned them to investigate the possibility of the pandemic being the result of “humanity’s abuse of nature”

February 26, 2023, The Wall Street Journal reported that the U.S. Energy Department has now revised its assessment of the origin of SARS-CoV-2, concluding the pandemic “most likely arose from a laboratory leak”

The FBI also concluded a lab leak was the most likely scenario all the way back in 2021, yet played a central role in censoring anyone who suggested this is where COVID came from

Moringa has all the essential amino acids

There are 20 basic amino acids that make up the proteins in your body. Nine of them —histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, threonine and valine — are considered “essential” as none of them are made by your body and therefore must be obtained from your diet

Moringa (Moringa oleifera), also known as horseradish tree or drumstick tree, is an excellent protein source, containing 30.3% crude protein and 19 amino acids in total, including all nine essential amino acids

Virtually every part of the Moringa plant is edible and has medicinal qualities, and most parts can be consumed either raw or cooked. You can also harvest the plant as a microgreen

Moringa leaves, roots, seed, bark, fruit and flowers have antitumor, antiepileptic, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, antispasmodic, diuretic, antihypertensive, cholesterol lowering, antioxidant, antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, antibacterial and antiviral activities

Moringa has potent antibiotic activity against a wide variety of pathogens, including Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Candida and Helicobacter pylori

Preventing suicide

Suicide is a serious public health risk and the 12th leading cause of death in the U.S. A 2023 study of U.S. veterans found those with vitamin D deficiency who were prescribed vitamin D had a 64% lower risk of suicide when compared to those who didn't take a supplement

This adds to the growing body of evidence that insufficiency or deficiency is linked to depression; other nutrients found to improve mental health include vitamin B6 and magnesium

Consuming refined sugar and a high carbohydrate diet may also increase your risk of depression as sugar primarily drives chronic inflammation, which is linked to depression. A 2019 study demonstrated that avoiding sugar, soft drinks, processed meat and refined carbohydrates lowered levels of depression and anger

Low levels of vitamin D also increase your risk of all-cause mortality by 25%, cancer mortality by 16% and lung-related illness by 96%. I firmly believe the data show that optimizing vitamin D can help prevent COVID and lower your risk of severe symptoms

Long COVID solutions

There’s a growing trend to label long COVID and injuries from COVID-19 shots “functional neurological disorders” (FND), making some patients feel like the medical community thinks their symptoms are “all in their head”

Half of people with long COVID symptoms ¦t the criteria to be diagnosed with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), which often flares up after viral infection

There’s a lack of consensus and definitions when it comes to FND and its potentialtreatments, even among those who are considered experts in the field

FND has also been used as a diagnosis to explain away adverse reactions to COVID-19 shots

Long COVID symptoms share many similarities with post-jab injuries, and it’s likely both are rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction; improving your mitochondrial function will help reverse the problems caused by the jab or the virus

Campaign against aspirin?

For decades, a daily regimen of low-dose so-called “baby aspirin” (81milligrams), was recommended to prevent and treat heart attack, stroke and angina (chest pain) in those 50 and older

That began to change in 2014, when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration started warning against the use of aspirin as a primary preventive for these conditions. In late 2021, the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) also updated its guidance to formally discourage people 60 and older from using an aspirin regimen to prevent a first heart attack or stroke

Aspirin is likely the victim of an intentional pharma discrediting campaign to justify and promote the use of newer, patented and far more expensive nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and anticoagulants

Research has shown aspirin works just as well as pricier anticoagulants such as heparin and Xarelto for preventing post-operative blood clots and clots associated with bone fractures

Aspirin also increases the oxidation of glucose as fuel, and has anti-lipolytic effects, so it helps lower both the supply of dangerous omega-6 fat to your cells and the excessive oxidation of fats. Aspirin will also lower your baseline cortisol, indirectly by lowering inflammation, and directly by inhibiting the enzyme that synthesizes active cortisol from the inactive precursor cortisone

Safety data of hepatitis B vaccines

The safety data on Recombivax HB, the hepatitis B vaccine for newborns, are sadly lacking, as the FDA approved the shot based on clinical trials performed on only 147 infants and children and followed for only five days

There are four hepatitis B vaccines, two of which are approved for infants; the second approved for infants is Engerix-B, and clinical safety data show infants and children were followed for only four days in these trials

Most infants are not at high risk for hepatitis B. It makes better financial and health sense to test mothers before birth and vaccinate only those infants born to mothers with an active or chronic hepatitis B infection, putting off vaccination in other infants until they are older

The current childhood vaccination schedule includes 19 potential doses of vaccines and one mRNA experimental injection by the time an infant is 6 months old. Many of these contain aluminum, which raises a child's risk of persistent asthma in childhood

Vitamin D saves lives

Vitamin D supplementation cut risk of death from COVID-19 by 51% and reduced risk of admission to the intensive care unit (ICU) by 72%

The results were deemed “conclusive” and suggest “a definitive association between the protective role of vitamin D and ICU hospitalization” from COVID-19

Vitamin D may protect against COVID-19 by maintaining pulmonary barrier function, boosting the innate immune response and reducing the production of proinflammatory cytokines

In another study, none of the patients with severe COVID-19 who received high-dose vitamin D died; instead, 100% of the group improved

Regulatory agencies around the world are largely industry-funded, which is likely why they aren’t recommending vitamin D — a “dirt cheap” intervention — for COVID-19

Human gut microbiome endangered !

The film, “The Invisible Extinction, ” warns that the human microbiome is endangered, putting humans at risk

The film highlights the work of microbiologists Dr. Martin Blaser and Gloria Dominguez-Bello — a husband-wife team — who are looking into both the problem and a potential solution to save microbial diversity

The overuse of antibiotics, elective C-sections and processed foods are “driving the destruction of our inner ecology, ” according to the film

The dramatic increases in chronic diseases, including Type 1 diabetes, asthma, obesity, gastroesophageal reflux disease and inflammatory bowel disease, may be linked to the loss of bacterial diversity in our guts

Dominguez-Bello is president of The Microbiota Vault, a global nonprofit initiative attempting to “conserve long-term health for humanity” by storing and preserving microbiota samples and collections

The fake meat problem

The fake meat industry is being touted as an environmentally friendly and sustainable way to feed the world. However, it’s an underhanded attempt to recreate the kind of global control that Monsanto and others achieved through patented GMO seed development

Lab-created meats may turn out to be one of the most health-harming ultraprocessed foods ever created. While the true impact on public health won’t be seen for years or decades, the preliminary evidence warrants concern

Cultured or cell-based meat is made from animal cells grown in a solution of fetal bovine serum or other growth medium. Normal cells cannot replicate enough times to create a slab of meat, though, which is why many companies use immortalized cells, i.e., precancerous and/or cancerous animal cells

While researchers claim there’s no risk to eating these cells, as they’re not human cells, there are no long-term studies to confirm this assumption

The fact that our regulatory agencies are captured by industry and no longer seem to be taking public health into consideration only adds to the uncertainty, yet getting government approval is the industry’s primary strategy to win public trust

Near infrared light benefits

The typical infrared sauna sold in the U.S. is far-infrared. These low-energy wavelengths provide virtually no photobiomodulation health benefits; they only heat your body superficially

The near-infrared wavelengths can penetrate up to 4 inches into your body’s tissues. The incandescent light bulb is the most efficient way to heat tissue because it is mostly near-infrared

Only a few percent of solar radiation are far-infrared. About 40% of the sunlight spectrum is near-infrared

Sunlight and incandescent light interacts with light receptor proteins called chromophores in your body. When light hits the chromophores, they activate a variety of biological processes. Near-infrared also activates the mitochondrial chelating systems in the cells

Near-infrared light therapy stimulates your mitochondria to release nitric oxide and boost ATP production which, together, promote healing effects such as DNA repair and cellular regeneration
