Puppet Master Portfolio

Behind the scenes of many of the companies that provide the products and services you use each day are two investment firms that own more shares than other shareholders. The list includes social media, transportation, news media, food manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies

Blackrock and Vanguard hold large interests in pivotal companies, and Vanguard holds a large share of Blackrock. In turn, Blackrock has been called the "Fourth Branch of Government" by Bloomberg as they are the only private firm that has financial agreements to lend money to the central banking system

Blackrock also developed the software used by the Fed to manage financial transactions; one Princeton University lecturer has said Blackrock controls the Federal Reserve and has more power than most governments

Ascertaining who owns large portions of Vanguard is more difficult as it is a private company that is not publicly traded. It's important to think globally but act locally to protect your civil rights, including supporting state legislators who support your right to choose health care

How mRNA Vaccine Affects Cells

Dr. Charles Hoffe, a family physician from Lytton, British Columbia, told health officials that his patients were suffering adverse effects from the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines

Hoffe was quickly accused of causing “vaccine hesitancy” and local health authorities threatened to report him to the licensing body

The spike protein in the vaccine can lead to the development of multiple, tiny blood clots because it becomes part of the cell wall of your vascular endothelium; these cells are supposed to be smooth so that your blood flows smoothly, but the spike protein means there are “spiky bits sticking out”

Hoffe has been conducting the D-dimer test on his patients to detect the potential presence of blood clots within four to seven days of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine; 62% have evidence of clotting

The long-term outlook is very grim, Hoffe said, because with each successive shot, it will add more damage as you’re getting more damaged capillaries

Slow food keeps healthy & young

Hilary Boynton is "The Lunch Lady" at The Manzanita School, where she brings a farm-to-table focus to her nutritional plan. The idea is to feed children healthy farmers market meats, fruits and vegetables that are cooked from scratch

Her mission was born from her and her family's health challenges, in which she discovered she could heal through the power of food as medicine. She and two others co-founded School of Lunch, where she provides education and support

One co-founder of School of Lunch also heads the local Slow Food chapter, an organization focused on encouraging people to steer clear of fast food, and instead “eat food that is good for them, good for the people who grow it and good for the planet”

Boynton co-wrote “The Heal Your Gut Cookbook" with recipes and support for people following the GAPS elimination diet to heal their gut and reduce the symptoms of some mental and physical conditions

One foundational principle in the GAPS diet is eating fermented foods, which not only are easy to make at home, but are flavorful and beneficial, and which researchers found could reduce the mortality risk from COVID-19

Air Pollution causes Alzheimer’s

Alzheimer’s affects an estimated 5 million Americans and nearly 95% of the world is living in areas where pollution is higher than what the World Health Organization deems safe

Researchers followed two groups of at-risk adults in Europe and the U.S., finding those exposed to less air pollution had a much lower risk of developing dementia, including Alzheimer's disease

While air pollution originates from gas powered engines and industrial plants, as much as 51% of nitrogen oxides are off gassed in California from synthetic nitrogen fertilizer used in agriculture

Risks associated with air pollution include poor sleep, cardiovascular disease, obesity, lung disease, loss of intelligence and rising problems with seasonal allergies

There are lifestyle choices that affect your risk of developing Alzheimer's, including high blood sugar and insulin resistance, obesity, lack of sleep and sitting for long periods of time

Is Natural Immunity more effective ?

According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data, COVID-19 “cases” have
trended downward since peaking during the ¦rst and second week of January 2021. At
¦rst glance, this decline appears to be occurring in tandem with the rollout of COVID
shots. However, “cases” were on the decline before a meaningful number of people had
been vaccinated

COVID-19 “cases” peaked January 8, 2021, when more than 300,000 new positive test
results were recorded on a daily basis. By February 21, that had declined to a daily new
case count of 55,000

COVID-19 gene modi¦cation injections were granted emergency use authorization at the
end of December 2020, and by February 21, only 5.9% of American adults had been fully
injected with two doses. Despite such a low injection rate, new “cases” had declined by
82%

The best explanation for a declining COVID-19 case rate appears to be natural immunity
from previous infections. A study by the National Institutes of Health suggests COVID-19
prevalence was 4.8 times higher than previously thought, thanks to undiagnosed
infection

The survivability of COVID-19 outside of nursing homes is 99.74%. If you’re under the age
of 40, your chance of surviving a bout of COVID-19 is 99.99%. You can’t really improve
your chances of surviving beyond that, so COVID shots cannot realistically end the
pandemic

The Epidemic of mental illness

Mass psychosis is defined as an epidemic of madness that occurs when a large portion of society loses touch with reality and descends into delusions

The witch hunts that occurred in the Americas and Europe during the 16th and 17th centuries, when tens of thousands of people, mostly women, were burned at the stake is a classic example of mass psychosis. The rise of totalitarianism in the 20th century is another

When a society descends into madness, the results are always devastating. Individuals who make up the affected society become morally and spiritually inferior, unreasonable, irresponsible, emotional, erratic and unreliable. Worst of all, a psychotic mob will engage in atrocities that any solitary individual within the group would normally never consider

The psychogenic steps that lead to madness includes a panic phase, where the individual is frightened and confused by events they cannot explain, and a phase of psychotic insight, where the individual explains their abnormal experience of the world by inventing an illogical but magical way of seeing reality that eases the panic and gives meaning to the experience

Menticide is a term that means “killing of the mind.” It’s a way of controlling the masses by systematically killing the human spirit and free thought. It’s a system through which the ruling elite imprints their own delusional worldview onto society. A society is primed for menticide by the intentional sowing of fear and social isolation

Black women more likelily to get Covid

A new study shows that Black women with low vitamin D levels are more likely to get COVID-19, leading researchers at Boston University to surmise that attaining sufficient levels of vitamin D may help protect them from COVID-19. People with a dark skin have lower Vitamin D levels.

Scientists assessed three levels of vitamin D — deficient, insufficient and sufficient — among women who had been tested for COVID using data from a 1995 Black Women's Health Study of 59,000 Black women ages 21 through 69 years. The new study found that Black American women with deficient levels of vitamin D had a 69% greater risk of COVID-19 infection than women with sufficient vitamin D levels.

In addition, the study showed that being obese adds to the risk of getting COVID-19. Vitamin D deficiency and obesity are also known to lead to a higher risk of osteoporosis, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
