Good fats are healthy

Rethinking Weight Control & Low-Carb/High-Fat Eating

A Special Interview With Gary Taubes

On a global scale, the obesity epidemic can be linked back to a Western diet rich in refined sugars and grains. Whenever sugar and white flour are added to a population’s diet, regardless of what their baseline disease rate is, you eventually end up with an epidemic of obesity and diabetes

The hormones that link our diets to obesity are insulin and glucagon, so when we talk about the influence of diet on obesity, the glycemic index of carbohydrates play a key role

In 2018, the American Diabetes Association Nutrition Committee published a consensus report saying there was more consistent evidence for a low-carb or very low-carb diet being beneficial for Type 2 diabetes than any other diet tested, including the Mediterranean diet and the DASH diet

While processed sugars and grains are certainly a significant contributor to obesity and ill health, the types of fats you eat play an absolutely crucial role. Many are eating far too much omega-6 linoleic acid (LA), which appears to be even worse than excess sugar

Excessive LA in your diet can produce a negative feedback loop that causes your fat cells to become insulin sensitive, which then causes your body cells to become insulin resistant. So, insulin resistance is not restricted to excessive carb intake

Pfizer jabbing the kids

Public Citizen has reviewed and published the secret contracts between Pfizer and Albania, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Republic, the European Commission, Peru, the U.S. and the U.K. The contracts reveal nations have handed over unprecedented power to Pfizer, and in virtually all scenarios, Pfizer’s interests come first

Some countries, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Peru, have put up sovereign assets as collateral for vaccine injury lawsuits, including bank reserves, military bases and embassy buildings

The contracts not only secure Pfizer’s intellectual property rights, but should Pfizer be found guilty of stealing the intellectual property rights of others, some of the contracts shift the responsibility onto the government purchasers. Pfizer can steal the intellectual property of others without consequence in at least four countries

The contracts also give Pfizer the right to muzzle government. In Brazil, government officials are prohibited from making “any public announcement concerning the existence, subject matter or terms of [the] Agreement” without the written consent of the company. Similar nondisclosure provisions are included in the contracts with the European Commission and the U.S. government. The only difference is that the nondisclosure rules apply to both parties

October 26, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration voted to extend the emergency use of Pfizer’s COVID jab for children aged 5 through 11. Experts warn this is reckless and unnecessary, and will do far more harm than good, as COVID-19 poses no risk to young children

Misleading the public

Dr. Sam Bailey of Christchurch, New Zealand, was a well-known presenter in a TVNZ health series called “The Checkup” until she was terminated for “spreading misinformation”

Bailey was able to track down what led to her being fired — someone with a background in social work reported her for spreading “misinformation” about positive reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) tests for COVID-19

The complaint itself included inaccuracies that suggested the person did not understand the science and neglected to include any references to back up the “misinformation” allegation

It was a case of someone parroting what they’ve been told, without analyzing the real information, and trying to suppress a viewpoint that threatened their own worldview

It’s a wheel of misinformation in which official agencies are calling for misinformation to be reported and spinning its threat to the public, but no one actually defines what this misinformation is and those who go against the narrative are being targeted

Bailey notes, “… Be very suspicious when you hear the term COVID misinformation because none of the institutions actively promoting the term can define it and don’t seem too keen to engage in discussions about it”

The best sleep posture

Correcting Sleep Posture for Better Cervical Spine Health

A Special Interview With Dr. Peter Martone

When your head is in a forward position, your body compensates. Your psoas major muscle goes into spasm, which rotates your pelvis. Your psoas major also connects to your lumbar intervertebral discs, which can contribute to herniation

Forward head posture also leads to loss of proprioception — balance and awareness in space — which causes your spine to curve and atrophies your vermis, a brain area involved in focus and executive functioning. To improve mental focus, work on your balance and restoring your cervical spine curve

If you have damage in your neck, cervical spine or any part of the atlas, scar tissue may be holding your head to one side, causing you to lean and have uneven weight distribution. This too will cause your spine to curve in order to keep your head straight

Part of the solution to forward head posture is to properly support your cervical spine while sleeping on your back. Chiropractic adjustments are also important, as this will encourage your body to replenish the water in the degenerated disc, thereby increasing the space between the vertebra

Cervical traction units that can be hung on your door and weighted headbands that help strengthen your neck muscles are also helpful if you need to regenerate the discs in your cervical spine

The push for therapeutic nihilism

Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist, cardiologist and trained epidemiologist, is now a “hunted doctor” who’s been threatened with disciplinary actions, including suspension or revocation of his medical license, by the American Board of Internal Medicine for the “dissemination of misinformation”

He stepped forward during the COVID-19 pandemic because he saw something very wrong was going on very early in 2020, and he felt compelled to do something about it

A Toxicology Reports study found COVID-19 injections are deadlier, statistically, than COVID-19

COVID-19 genetic vaccines have an unfavorable safety profile and are not sufficiently effective, thus they cannot be supported in clinical practice at this time

The data are clear that a pivot away from mass injections to early treatment for COVID-19 could save lives, and McCullough and colleagues recommend that you demand early treatment if you have COVID-19, whether or not you’ve been vaccinated

Replacing mankind; prescriptions by AI

It looks like the things that we consider generally good for people, such as having in-
person access to a caring doctor — or the "regulatory barriers" protecting our privacy —
all those natural things are viewed as undesirable by our aspiring masters.

When it comes to medicine, in the New Normal, sovereign physicians (and sovereign
patients) are a liability and an inconvenience.

Assets are supposed to be useful and are not supposed to think. The entire foundationof the New Normal social system is the denial of free will.

Smart toilets making anal fingerprints

Called "precision health smart toilets" by the scientists who developed the technology, the gadget takes a picture of your anus and a fingerprint from the toilet lever and analyzes your stool and urine

The information is uploaded to the cloud where artificial intelligence evaluates the data and contacts your primary care doctor if there are concerns

This technology, funded by the National Cancer Institute for $6.9 million, presents multiple areas where your privacy and medical information may be compromised

Before adding one more wireless technology to your home, consider using these parameters to evaluate your health using information from your urine and stool

In short: Try to stay away from "smart" appliances which take away the decision making from you and spy on you.
