Radiation causes birth of autistic children

According to Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, women should take drastic steps to lower their EMF exposure during pregnancy to reduce the risk of having an autistic child

Microwave radiation from cellphones, Wi-Fi routers and similar devices concentrate twentyfold in the womb, meaning whatever the reading is outside the womb, the measurement will be 20 times higher inside the mother

Klinghardt found the average exposure of an autistic child to high frequency electric fields from household currents and microwaves from cellphones and other wireless technologies was twentyfold higher than that of the non-autistic children

Nonionizing cellphone microwave radiation has also been linked to Alzheimer’s and infertility, especially in men, both of which, like autism, are rocketing skyward in terms of prevalence

One of the best strategies is to eliminate exposure to ELF electric fields during sleep, as this is a most important time for your brain. Details on how to do this, as well as many other remediation strategies, are discussed

Inflammation the main cause for chronic diseases

Long vilified as the chief trigger for heart disease, cholesterol is actually an essential component in nearly every cell in your body and has a protective effect in your respiratory and gastrointestinal systems

Research has again underscored the importance inflammation plays in the development of chronic diseases, including heart disease, atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease

Using drugs to reduce cholesterol levels or inflammation may increase your risk of fatal side effects; natural remedies that are not associated with dangerous health problems include magnesium, balancing essential fats and reducing hyperinsulinemia

Not being dependent is being free !

The documentary, “The Lives of the Amish in the U.S., ” shares how “an encounter with the Amish is like traveling back in time” and why, in this day and age, this could be a very smart move

The Amish typically avoid technology and other modern-day conveniences like electricity and cars

There are significant benefits of living in concert with your community — off the grid without being dependent on anyone or any technology

The Amish typically produce the majority of their own food and aren’t reliant on the public control grid

A reliance on modern-day comforts and technology leaves you incredibly vulnerable should they collapse, while embodying the preparedness and resourcefulness displayed by the Amish protects your autonomy and freedom

Treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Researchers from Budapest, Hungary, demonstrated that inositol is an effective treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which is a complex condition where a woman's ovaries produce a higher-than-normal level of androgens

The exact cause has not been identified. Symptoms include excess body hair, weight gain, male pattern baldness, skin tags and missed or irregular periods. This can lead to infertility or increase the risk of miscarriage, gestational diabetes, or preeclampsia

Women with PCOS are often insulin resistant and have a higher risk of diabetes, sleep apnea, endometrial cancer and high blood pressure. Insulin resistance is also associated with Type 2 diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's disease and disease acceleration in cancer

Other strategies that may positively influence symptoms of PCOS include reducing exposure to PFAS, supplementing with ashwagandha, vitamin K-2 MK-4 and CoQ10

Tea prevents diabetes

Compared with those who never drank tea, daily dark tea consumers had a 53% lower risk of prediabetes and a 47% lower risk of Type 2 diabetes

Bioactive compounds in dark tea may influence glucose excretion in the kidneys, potentially explaining some of tea’s beneficial effects

Daily dark tea drinkers had an increase in urinary glucose excretion and reduced insulin resistance

Pu-erh, one type of dark tea that’s also known as black tea in China, is unique from typical black teas in the U.S; it’s produced via microbial fermentation, which may increase its concentration of powerful bioactive compounds

Among adults with Type 2 diabetes, replacing one sugar-sweetened beverage a day with tea led to health benefits, reducing all-cause mortality by 16% and cardiovascular disease mortality by 24%

Obsession with disinfection

Routinely disinfecting your body and surroundings may actually cause more harm than good in the long run. Not only do they promote the development of drug-resistant bacteria, antibacterial compounds such as triclosan and quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs or “quats”) have also been linked to a number of harmful health effects

Research has shown triclosan is a potent endocrine disruptor that interferes with thyroid function. Endocrine-disrupting chemicals can promote a variety of health problems, including obesity, breast, ovarian, prostate and testicular cancer, preterm and low birth weight babies, precocious puberty in girls and undescended testicles in boys

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration banned triclosan from soap products in 2016 due to suspected health risks, but it’s still found in many toothpastes, mouthwashes and hand sanitizers. Triclosan also makes its way into our food supply; it’s routinely found in lakes, rivers, streams, wastewater, irrigation water and biosolids applied to fields as fertilizer

QACs are found in cleaning products, hand sanitizers, personal care products, many kinds of wipes (surface, baby, hand and disinfecting wipes) and certain pesticides

Adverse health effects of QACs include allergic contact dermatitis, asthma and COPD, suppressed immune function, reduced fertility, impaired embryo development and developmental disorder, mitochondrial dysfunction and an increased risk of antimicrobial resistant infections

Fabric softeners spread toxins

Commercial fabric softeners contain numerous toxic chemicals “readily absorbed” into your skin and lungs, causing numerous reproductive and developmental problem

Most of our exposure to hazardous pollutants occurs indoors. Fabric softeners are one source of pollutants that can cause skin and respiratory problems

You can make your own far healthier liquid fabric softener using such ingredients as Epsom salts, vinegar and baking soda, or create dryer balls from 100% wool fabric scraps, yarn and essential oils
