Human knowledge is relative; whole milk now a health food !

For decades, Americans have been told to avoid whole milk due to its saturated fat content, which has been falsely accused of clogging arteries and causing heart disease. This guidance goes back to the first edition of the dietary guidelines, issued in 1980, and most studies performed since then have exonerated full-fat whole milk

Most studies have found that dairy products are associated with lower risks of high blood pressure, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes, regardless of fat content. And even though full-fat dairy products have higher calorie content, they don’t appear to contribute to weight gain either

A 2018 Lancet study found that, compared to those who did not consume dairy (milk, yogurt and cheese), those who consumed two or more servings per day were 17% less likely to die from any cause, 23% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease, and 34% less likely to die from a stroke

Another large-scale trial found those with the highest levels of milk fats in their diet had a 29% lower incidence of Type 2 diabetes

The most ideal choices are products made from raw, unpasteurized milk, as the pasteurization process destroys many valuable nutrients. Pasteurization also destroys lactase, the enzyme responsible for the breakdown of lactose. Many people with lactose intolerance have no problem drinking raw milk, because it has lactase in it

Vitamin C against cancer

Vitamin C is selectively toxic to cancer cells, especially when administered intravenously (IV) or in liposomal form in high doses. Administering it with chemo and radiation also significantly improves the effectiveness of these treatments

Vitamin C in combination with nutritional ketosis and fasting prior to administering chemo radically improves the effectiveness of chemotherapy

For general health, an important but often overlooked aspect of nutritional ketosis is  fasting ,“feast and famine cycling. ” The real magic happens during the refeeding phase, so one or two days a week, increase your carb and protein intake, and then cycle back into nutritional ketosis again

Is your milk from GMO yeast ?

Synthetic dairy products, including milk made from genetically engineered yeast, are being touted as environmentally friendly health foods that should replace real milk from cows and other animals

Along with missing important micronutrients that are abundant in real milk, fake milk contains compounds that have never before existed in the human diet

Ninety-two mysterious, unknown compounds were detected in the fake milk that don’t exist in real milk

None of these compounds have been tested for safety by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration

Tech oligarchs and venture capitalists are funding most fake food technologies, which gives globalists unprecedented power and control over human health

Vitamins prevent sepsis mortality

Sepsis is caused by an aggressive, out-of-control immune response to an infection in the bloodstream. Each year, an estimated 1 million Americans get sepsis and up to half of them die

Giving patients IV vitamin C with hydrocortisone and thiamine (vitamin B1) for two days reduced mortality nearly five-fold, from 40% to 8.5%

Lab testing shows that while neither vitamin C or hydrocortisone alone can prevent cell death following exposure to toxins produced by bacteria, when given in combination, the concoction does protect the cells

Heartburn medicines cause Osteoporosis

An estimated 12.3 million Americans over 50 are affected by osteoporosis (“porous bone” or low bone density), and an additional 47 million younger Americans are in the early stages. Worldwide, the prevalence is 18.3%

Rates of hip fractures vary from tenfold to a hundredfold between countries, showing that low bone density is not a consequence of aging per se, but is dependent on lifestyle factors, including the use of certain drugs such as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), the most popular heartburn medications on the market

PPIs are only recommended for short-term use, yet 60% of users report staying on the drug for more than one year; 31% are still on them after three years. More than 60% are also taking them to treat conditions for which these drugs are not indicated, such as indigestion

Dozens of studies show rates of hip fractures are elevated among both long- and short- term users of PPIs, and at all dose levels

More recent research suggests one of the primary ways by which PPIs damage bone may be by way of collagen, as these drugs have been shown to inhibit collagen production through several mechanisms of action

Longevity & other functions of enzymes

Enzymes are catalysts that accelerate biochemical reactions in your body. Digestive enzymes are important for proper digestion and nutrient absorption, but the benefits of enzymes do not end there

Researchers have discovered enzymes for all sorts of uses, from boosting athletic endurance by optimizing digestion and nutrient uptake to treating cancer

To optimize enzyme function, eat plenty of fresh, raw and/or fermented foods. Sprouts are a particularly excellent source. Fasting has also been shown to conserve enzymes
